Voiceflow Cafe Booth Activation | Event Planning
I designed and executed on a full service cafe activation during UNPARSED 2024, a key industry event in the conversation design space.
I worked back and forth with our designer – who created some beautiful graphics – to align on the brand expression that would make the biggest impact at the event. I worked with the head of marketing and our CEO for buy-in and sign off before sourcing furniture, hiring coffee vendors, and ordering swag to giveaway during the event.
The Cafe was a big hit at the event, with many attendees opting to come early for their morning coffee rather than stopping at a neighborhood cafe. The cafe space, outfitted with chairs and couches, made a comfortable seating area for meeting with customers and prospects, encouraging productive conversation.
